Side Effects of Coffee


Coffee contains a lot of caffeine that is very damage for your health like heart disease and other disease. Drinking a cup of coffee isn’t too much damage to your body, but someone gets it more a each day. Somebody takes coffee more than 3 cups a day, which is a harmful case to make the heart work hard. When you drink some coffee, the pituitary gland that is a gland in the brain secrete ACTH that substance to tell the adrenal glands to pump a lot of stress hormone that hormone works to kill your body by heart disease and insomnia.

Stress Hormone

The stress hormone is the cause of heart disease and insomnia that make body to get many diseases like diabetes, fat, cardiovascular disease and other. This hormone makes your brain work very hard because it disturbs your blood system. Sometime if you drink a lot of coffee, the caffeine in the coffee work to make the pumping out of stress hormone too much that mean your heart and brain work hard and you can’t live well.

Green tea instead Coffee

Sometimes you can’t take coffee away from your drinking because you take it every morning. So now we have some an advice to help you reduce of eating coffee. The green tea is a good drinking that can instead coffee and lets you get less than of caffeine because stomach can’t absorb caffeine good in green tea so you will get just a little caffeine when you choose green tea instead coffee.

However, a cup of coffee contains some benefits because it’s a source of antioxidant to keep you away from any cancers. But please don’t forget that a cup of green tea has more antioxidant than coffee. Thank you for reading.
